獨倚危欄望，蒼茫夜色玄。雲微偏掩月，星亂慾迷天。石砌山宜假，風來扇自捐。聞雷休失箸，原是聚蚊闐。堪笑螢光小，搖炫尾火明。相聞每狗吠，激越許蟬鳴。雀角爭穿屋，狐威假滿城。祇緣無壯士，河漢猶斜傾。齋藤將軍正，潘毓桂錄近作。

註：潘毓桂（1884-1961），字燕生。清末舉人。日本早稻田大學法學畢業。一九三七年「七七事變」後，任偽天津市市長。一九四五年被捕，一九四九年後關押於上海提籃橋監獄，直至逝世。潘氏乃民國時期平津名士，嗜古物鑒藏，書畫俱佳，亦擅寫詩。有日籍養女山口淑子，即傳奇歌星李香蘭。
