A bronze circular 'lion and grapevine' mirrorTang Dynasty
Crisply cast with a central knop in the shape of a crouching lion, encircled by four further lions, all amidst scrolling grapevine, the outer circle with further grapevine interspersed with birds in various poses, all surrounded by a small trefoil border, all covered in a lustrous dark patina, wood stand.
