A Chinese porcelain monochrome 'dragon' bowl, Guangxu mark and period, incised to the exterior with two dragons pursuing a flaming pearl above a border of crashing waves above the foot, the interior and exterior covered in an egg-yolk glaze, underglaze blue six-character mark to white glazed base, 16cm diameter, on later hardwood standThere is a hairline crack emanating from a slight crack at the rim of the bowl of about 1.5 inches (please see additional images). There is also a very faint hairline of about 1 inch in another area of the rim. . Some minor pitting and marks to the well of the bowl.
