A rare Chinese carved chenxiangmu (aloeswood) brush pot, 17th/18th century, finely carved with bamboo and pine trees, 9.5cm highProvenance: Private West Country collection, inherited from the Grandparents of the present owner in the 1960sOne side has two areas of loss from the carved decoration. Two fine cracks elsewhere. Please see additional images of damage.
