SUITE OF TWO VASES in porcelain and polychrome enamels in the style of the rose family, the first one hexagonal with openwork walls, decorated with birds in flowers and calligraphy on a celadon background, signed Jiang Yang Yuan and dated the year of Yisi (1929); the second, with a slightly narrowed square section belly, flanked by monster heads holding rings in their mouths, a high marked shoulder and flared neck at the opening, decorated with a lake landscape, birds among the branches of a peony tree in bloom and calligraphy, dated 1943.
