弥勒佛以鹿目田为地，造像慈祥满面，神态可敬可亲。通身素雅简饰，着广袖长袍，袒胸露腹，赤足曲腿舒坐于蒲团上，左手握佛珠搭于右膝之上，人物憨态可掬而不失佛家风范。衣纹的处理采用了汉地写实的传统表现手法，衣褶刻画生动，自然流畅，极具质感，衣裙边缘及蒲团均刻画精细的纹饰。周身围绕五子，嬉笑欢乐。
