造型仿商周青铜觚，大喇叭口外撇，颈部细长，腹部微凸，长胫，圈足。通体施孔雀绿釉，釉光晶莹通透，釉色鲜亮明艳。 孔雀蓝釉是一种以铜为着色剂的低温釉，因呈色似孔雀尾羽而得名，始见于宋代磁州窑，元代景德镇亦开始生产。孔雀绿釉的烧造过程较为复杂，需先在1300摄氏度高温下烧制涩胎，然后施孔雀绿釉，再二次入窑低温烘烧而成。孔雀蓝釉多为陈设用瓷，是陶瓷史中一个重要瓷器品种。
