全器外形呈四方型，盖顶塑以包袱扣，泥色黄褐，通体两面镌刻梅竹纹饰，两面刻诗句。此器分为内外两件，内藏高身撇口杯，皆为段泥胎，内施开片。造型新颖别致，冬至小酌，独享其境。 铁画轩店号为民国二年（1913年）设在上海经营宜兴陶器的一家公司，创办人戴国宝，曾是制瓷名手，他以铁针在瓷器上刻画花纹，故公司名为铁画轩。 国有文物商店旧藏1件
