“擦擦”，指一种模制的泥佛或泥塔。藏地发现的早期印度风格的擦擦多由红色陶土塑成，边缘不规整，胎泥外溢，图案以神降塔、吉祥塔和菩提塔居多，且大都印有般若经咒。此后，藏地自身也开始制作擦擦，内容、题材逐渐增多，藏文的六字真言由藏文转写的梵文经咒取代。汉地及以往书面语称之为“模制泥佛像”或“拓模泥像”等。一组9件
