此件器物以优质和阗白玉雕作葫芦形玉瓶，造型硕大，玉质莹润洁白，致密光洁。主体为一大葫芦，造型十分饱满，外壁镂雕数只小葫芦并蒂相连，枝蔓遒劲蜿蜒，叶片宽大轻薄，以细阴线琢刻叶脉。顶端横切作一小盖，器内掏膛匀净。葫芦因其读音与“福禄”相谐，满足了人们追求富足生活的心理需求，于是在人们心目中便形成了一种特定的含义，而成为具有美好、祥和、富足的象征。而葫芦器型象“吉”字，故又名“大吉瓶”。此葫芦瓶用料奢华，雕工异常精湛，使得整件器物显得十分雅致，甚是难得。
