和阗白玉为材，致密莹泽。璧形，中孔略大。正面以高浮雕手法雕刻三条螭龙，首尾相连，布局规整。螭为圆头尖耳，身躯扭曲，背脊为一长阴线，四肢较短，呈爬行状，长尾分叉勾卷，造型古朴。反面装饰四根卷草纹相互交结勾连，线条柔韧，是一件十分精美的玉佩饰。
