黄起凤(1889~1939)近代画家。字晓汀，晚号鹤床。江西上饶人。父云亭，能书画 。幼从父习画，童年即能对花写生。早年旅居上海，毕业于上海龙门师范学校。及壮，游学浙江。居桐庐十余年。工山水，初宗"四王"，晚年作浅绛山水，迹近石涛，笔墨隽逸。虽病偏瘫，仍作画不辍。传世作品有《松下谈道图》(图录于《当代名人画海》)等。懋隆旧藏
