A group of bronze medical implements comprising: a spoon with deep round bowl and swan-neck handle; a pair of tweezers with balustered handle and suspension loop above; a scalpel with leaf-shaped blade and hooked terminal; an ointment spoon with long teardrop-shaped bowl, balustered handle with pinecone terminal. 53 grams total, 13-17.2cm (5 - 6 3/4"). Property of a South London collector; previously acquired on the European art market 1970-1980. [4]
