《大般若波罗蜜多经》一版6折，入璜硬黄纸，纸质厚而坚韧。千字文函号“收”，刻工“俊”。一纸折为6页，每页6行，每行17字。极具文物价值、文献价值和版本价值。 《崇宁藏》刊雕于福州东禅寺等觉禅院，崇宁藏自北宋元丰三年（1080年）开雕，至宋徽宗崇宁二年（1103年）冬，方始成就。全藏共六千四百三十四卷，479函，历经二十余年刻印。国内仅存有37种51卷。《大般若波罗蜜多经》是崇宁藏雕造的第一部经卷，此经是属于“收”字函第二百一十三卷。近1000年的佛宝，吉光片羽，珍若拱璧。北宋开宝藏不可得，请得北宋崇宁藏亦可慰平生矣。 《崇宁藏》与后来刊刻的《毗卢藏》因为同刊板于福州，世人又统称这两部大藏经为《福州藏》、《闽本》。
