是书为民国藏泉名家江鹤笙旧藏古泉拓本，楠木夹板精雕古云堂藏泉五字。字体古拙，得金石之气。书分四册，共辑录古泉拓本247种，皆手拓，拓工精良，其中不乏历代珍泉名品。未曾出版，为古泉金石研究不可多得之原始资料。江鹤笙，四川人，为民国时期著名书法家，收藏家。曾任蓉社书画研究会主任。因偶得九块后蜀石经，遂命其楼曰“孟蜀石经楼”。与郭沫若、马衡、马叙伦、顾鳌、卫聚贤等学者交往过密。
