A group of 6 Chinese iron-red goldfish snuff bottles dating from the 19th to the 20th century. The 2 smallest are the same size and all other are of different sizes. the smallest 2 have a lingzhi mushroom on the bottom, 2 others have a 4-character mark on the bottom. Dimensions: largest- 3 3/8 inches tall X 1 1/8 inches diameter; 8.6 cm tall X 2.9 cm diameter. Smallest- 2 5/8 inches tall X 1 inch diameter; 6.7 cm tall X 2.5 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Hairline crack to the body of 1; natural pitting to some. 2 snuff bottles missing stoppers. Provenance: From a private collection in New York City.
