A Shiwan ceramic figure of Shou dating from the early 20th century. Shou is depicted seated and wears a blue robe as he holds a peach in 1 hand and a staff with a hulu gourd vessel in the other. Dimensions: 6 1/2 inches tall X 3 1/2 inches wide; 16.5 cm tall X 8.9 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: The peach and staff are broken, the sides are cracked, and the glaze is crackled with age. Provenance: From an estate in Seattle, Washington.
