A framed silver lock dating from the 18th century created by the artisans in the Mongolian area of China, frame for Gumps. 100% Rag mat and gilt wood frame. Dimensions: lock- 4 1/2 inches tall X 4 3/8 inches wide; 11.4 cm tall X 11.1 cm wide. Frame- 13 3/16 inches tall X 13 3/16 inches wide; 33.5 cm tall X 33.5 cm wide. All measurements are approximate Condition: Not inspected out of frame. No noted damage. Provenance: From a collection in Northern Virginia.
