飞天，是佛教中干闼婆和紧那罗的化身。干闼婆，意译为天歌神、紧那罗，意译为天乐神。原是古印度神话中的娱乐神和歌舞神，被佛教吸收为天龙八部众神之一。干闼婆的任务是在佛国里散发香气，为佛献花、供宝，栖身于花丛，飞翔于天宫。本雕件玉质细腻晶莹，玉为片状，立体浮雕一飞天仙女形。仙女头戴高冠，圆面丰颊，双目微张，樱唇秀气可人。其身着宽松衣裙，衣带飘逸，双脚交迭，双臂舒张而一手握花，一派飘逸之姿。整体线条优雅流畅，体态轻盈优美，是同类题材雕件中的精品。
