A 19th century Vizagapatam ivory and horn swing-handled basket, decorated with deities and scrolling foliage, sandalwood interior carcas, W. 32cm CONDITION: Two re-inforcement repairs to breaks on the underside of the handle and to the join at the base of one handle. Age cracks to the ivory and evidence of regluing of dried out joints and mouldings.
