Chinese ,Guangxu Period, each painted with peacocks and other birds in flight amongst large peonies and other floral blooms borne on leafy branches, all below a chevron band around the shoulder, the neck decorated with floral branches issuing from pierced rocks, the domed cover similarly decorated, Mounted as in lamp H: 19 1/4" (49 cm) Condition: Mounted as lamp, the top and rim of the the cover has mounted with copper, there is a heavy copper base attached to the bottom of the jar, otherwise ,this vase is in good condition no other damage can be seen
