提要：此石明正德间扬州出土，归何士英。明末清初拓本石断为五。翁方纲在其《苏米斋兰亭考》中，对东阳何氏《兰亭序》拓本作了颇为细致的辨析，他认为何氏东阳本缘于《定武本》，是存世极少的定武善本之一，更接近于唐代定武真本，也更接近王羲之的原迹神韵，是当之无愧的“定武嫡裔”。此本拓工精到，原装绫裱，颇为漂亮。末附刻有何士英跋语。
