提要：《弟子职》是邓石如去世前一年六十二岁时所书。就其自身而言，亦最成熟。无论运笔结字，已到人书俱老。其用笔，入笔简而凝重，行笔朴实无华，自然迟滞，收笔不作雕饰，时而有飞白之笔，益显老辣精浑。其结字，外型疏散，体内却茂密集中。比秦篆稍收其长，比汉篆稍展其方。密集处稍偏靠上，下部固然易放长脚，但也并非尽然。以前的习气逐渐减少，足见其字已愈来愈成熟了。此本清代旧拓，原装旧裱，开本阔大，品相上佳。
