The painting, which has a poem, a dedication, and three seals, depicts a scholar and an attendant beneath a pine tree while observing wate***lls in the mountains. It is mounted on a silk backing with wooden dowels. Dimensions are: 30 in. tall X 16 1/2 in. wide; 76.2 cm tall X 41.9 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Minor creasing. Provenance: From Mrs. Ko in the Washington DC area. Her mother was an artist and personally knew Huang Junbi.
