款识：子青仁兄大人正退楼弟吴云写意|钤印：吴云私印（白）|简介：吴云，字少甫，号平斋、榆庭、愉庭、抱罍子，晚号退楼主人。嘉庆十六年（1811）生，光绪九年（1883）卒。浙江归安（今湖州）人，一作安徽歙县人。斋堂号有两罍轩、二百兰亭斋、敦罍斋、金石寿世之居。
