款识：辛巳冬月叔孺赵时棢|钤印：赵时棢（白） 叔孺（朱）|简介：赵叔孺，初字献忱，初号纫苌，后改号作叔孺，晚年号二弩老人，浙江鄞县人。画家，书法家，篆刻家，教育家，古文字学家。清末诸生，曾任福建同知。金石书画、花卉虫草、鞍马翎毛，无不精善，尤擅画马，可称“近世之赵孟頫”。篆刻自立门户，别具一格。与吴昌硕、黄士陵、齐白石、王福厂并开“民国印坛五大流派”。
