CHINA, Bencharong, for Thailand - 19th century
Porcelain set comprising :
- A green and white enamelled pot with cut-off sides decorated with flowers, the grip of the lid enamelled in iron red, forming a dog. H. 13 cm.
- Covered bowl and four polychrome and gold enamelled sorbets with kinnari decoration on a black background. Height 8.5 cm. (Cracks).
- Three polychrome and gold enamelled covered bowls decorated with cabbages and butterflies in flight, Thep phanom and lotus, the other decorated with flowers in poly-lobed panels. Height 9, 1 cm. and 8 cm.
