壶把断粘，流口有磕，口沿磕缺掉粘，下腹部一长冲、拍品盘口束颈，鼓腹下垂，下连圈足。两侧分置长流曲柄，曲线亦柔和，平添婉约之美。壶胎质坚致，釉层青亮，整器纹饰以时之苍翠青花绘就，其中流部与曲柄处均绘云纹，壶身主体为博古清供纹饰，淡雅恬淡，典雅而不落俗套，充满生活情趣。款识：“大明成化年制”六字双行楷书款
