手指及书卷有断，颈部及发饰粘修，腿部及衣袖有打磨及修复，山石磕缺，有长冲，底部有磕、拍品胎质细腻，通体白釉，釉色光洁莹润。观音端坐，束发低眉，大耳下垂，面相慈详庄重。颈佩珠链，身穿长袍，衣带飘逸。手执经卷，双手兰指如葱，细长滑润。整体刀法深刻锐利，衣褶手指等细处极其微妙。格调高雅，肃穆大方，形态逼真，富有强烈的艺术魅力和极高的欣赏价值。
