来源：日本藏家旧藏本品小口、 直颈，颈侧饰一对螭龙耳，因瓶腹似圆月，故名。通体青花装饰，釉质莹白润泽，青花苍翠欲滴。瓶口自上而下分绘卷草纹，焦叶纹，折枝灵芝纹，主体纹饰为缠枝莲纹，设计独到，别有新意。整体纹饰为正面紧凑，画工繁缛而不失严谨之态；侧面简洁，疏朗有致又独具绰约之姿。乾隆西番莲纹抱月瓶，器形顷大端重，青花发色浓艳，时代特征明显，为乾隆时期经典作品。此瓶形制为永乐朝首创，器形源自西亚金属器，盛行于永宣两朝，此后至明末不复出现。清代康熙、雍正、乾隆三朝官窑均有仿制品或略加变化。
