本品绣墩瓷质，器呈鼓形，弧腹中空，上下相若，中部略宽，造型规整典雅，胎体厚重敦实，墩面中部及腰间两侧均有镂空金钱纹，器身上下两端饰乳钉纹。通体粉彩装饰，墩身自上而下分别彩绘回字纹、八吉祥纹饰、博古图、缠枝莲纹及变体莲瓣纹。肩部开光以黄釉、松石绿釉为地，其上绘饰八吉祥纹，设色丰富；腹部主体纹饰为博古图，以白釉为地，以红、黄、绿、粉、白、赭等各色为彩，勾点抹涂，渲染得当，绘有花瓶、古籍、书卷、盆景、四季花卉、五谷等等，有「五谷丰登」，「吉庆有余」之寓意，构图疏朗有致，纹饰吉祥，设色典雅，精致大方，颇具观赏性，全器绘工精细，一丝不苟，实为难得。
