钤印款识：“洪宪御制”款 来源：张宗宪旧藏。说明：提梁壶为历代官窑器中之少见茶壶品种。胎质细腻，匀净凝润。提梁式壶，蜘蛛钮，壶盖及腹部饰描金花卉纹，工艺精湛，用笔流畅。腹部饰开光花鸟纹，生动细腻。袁世凯称帝后，1916年以后景德镇瓷器以水彩和粉彩为主，郭世五在当时督烧的御用瓷器，便成为近代藏家追逐的稀世珍品，世称“洪宪瓷”。洪宪御制瓷据记载总共只烧制了一窑，存世量极为罕见。
