款识：右录东坡居士诗以应家衡仁兄先生雅正。壬午六月下浣，尹黙。钤印：尹黙之印（白） 沈尹默，浙江吴兴人。1953年后历任中央文史馆副馆长，上海市人民委员会委员，第三届全国人大代表等职务。以书法闻名，民国初年，书坛就有“南沈北于（右任）”之称。释文：我昔南行舟系汴，逆风三日沙吹面。舟人共劝祷灵塔，香火未收旗脚转。回头顷刻失长桥，却到龟山未朝饭。至人无心何厚薄？......寄君东阁闲蒸栗，知我空堂坐画灰。约束家僮好收拾。
