黄君璧（1898年11月12日-1991年10月29日），广州南海人。原名允瑄，晚号君翁，本名韫之，以号行，中国现代著名国画艺术家、教育家。父仰荀，家藏甚富。早年毕业于广东公学，后从画家李文显游，并与粤东藏家交往。致力于山水画，尤以画云水瀑布为长。多次在国内外举办个人画展。传统功底深厚，经历了现代中国画的继承、演变、革新的过程。出版著作《黄君璧画集》《黄君璧书画集》等。
