炉敞口，折沿，束颈，扁鼓腹，腹底有等距离三足，呈三足鼎立，足端外撇，三足外侧有突棱。内外通施天蓝釉，釉面光滑肥厚，色泽清淳滋润，有玉质感。足底刮釉垫烧。香炉，是“香道”必备的器具，造型多样，但万变不离其器型用意，此件天蓝釉三足鬲式炉在保证器具用途的前提下，整体气质淡雅，实符礼佛所需清净素雅之气，充分表现了钧窑高超的制瓷技艺。
