乾隆四十七年七月制款炉为铜质，系采用多次提炼的精纯黄铜所铸造，铜质金黄，皮壳熟美。铜炉为压经耳式，口沿平整微敞，束颈，鼓腹略下垂，两侧置鋬耳，耳线条挺劲有力，十分遒劲。
