释迦牟尼全跏趺坐于莲花座上，右手施触地印，左手结禅定印于右踵上。释迦神态祥和，双目低垂，嘴角微露笑意，双耳饱满硕大。单袒右肩，宽肩细腰，衣褶写实而富于变化。其莲座莲瓣也宽大饱满，制作精细，莲座亦规整饱满，极为精细。该品整体风格秀美华贵，富丽堂皇，金色饱满悦目，纹饰细腻，展现出清乾隆时期宫廷金铜佛造像的鲜明特点，此造像工艺精湛，品相完好，极为难得。
