佛全跏趺坐，坐下为高台双层大仰莲花座，双层覆式莲花瓣，瓣叶饱满规整，挺拔有力，时代特征明显。神情沉静内敛，大耳垂肩，其头饰螺发，排列密集规整，螺发颗颗凸起明显，肉髻高隆，面相方圆丰润，佛陀眼帘低垂，双目微合，仿若俯视世间万象，庇护云云众生，丰唇阔嘴，嘴角微微内收，不仅神情内敛，更体现出一份禅定后特别的自在与安详。右手上举，左手施触地印，着袒右袈裟，衣纹简洁流畅，生动曲折，腿部装饰略呈椭圆形群褶，是明代造像的手法。
