占昌赣，江西省工艺美术大师，1958年9月生，江西婺源人，1981年考入江西景德镇市陶瓷职工大学，江西省工艺美术大师，江西省高级工艺美术师，江西省景德镇市非物质文化遗产（古彩）传承人，江西省陶瓷美术家。系中国工艺美术学会会员、江西省工艺美术学会会员，四川省工艺美术学会会员，中国文物学会会员、中国鉴宝联谊会会员。主攻古彩及粉彩花鸟和修复清代雍正以后粉彩瓷，特别在陶瓷釉上设色方面得到了很多艺术瓷厂名师的指点，使其作品风格时尚、前卫、雅俗共赏，给很多收藏家留下了深刻的印象。注：附作品证书。
