立轴 张凯帆(1908～1991)，安徽无为人。民国17年 (1928)加入中国共产党，历任区委书记、代理县委书 记。1926年在芜湖民生中学读书时投身革命，1928年加入中国共产党。 幼入私塾，随塾师吴风楼临帖习字，得力于柳公权、颜真卿、何绍基、怀素诸家，兼涉魏碑并善行草书，逐步有成。
