此尊绿度母因头戴五叶冠，冠叶下有璎珞垂于额面，发髻高束，发束自然垂于双肩，面部表情慈祥，双目微睁，嘴角带有一丝微笑，似乎在凝视众生。上身赤裸，身佩饰璎珞，臂戴钏镯，双肩之后有莲花一朵，下身呈游戏坐，着长裙，紧贴双腿，左腿单盘，右膝向下伸展踩一朵莲花，自在坐在俯仰莲台之上，通体鎏金，台座莲瓣俊秀饱满，错落有致。绿度母全称圣救度佛母，是二十一尊度母之一，为观世音菩萨的化身，绿度母为所有度母之主尊。总摄其余二十尊化身之所有功德。她能救八种苦难，如狮难、象难、蛇难、水难、牢狱难、贼难、非人难，又称救人难度母。此尊绿度母制作精细，细节处可见巧妙，金水保存完好，法相尊严！
