十一面观音为六观音之一，主救济阿修罗道，给众生以除病、灭罪、增福之现世利益。总之为除恶导善，引众生入佛道之菩萨。观音十一面八臂，立于双层单瓣仰莲座之上。十一面造像共分五层。下三层为三面，正面是见到行善众生生出的慈悲欢喜相；左三面是见到行恶众生生出悲心的大悲救苦相；右三面是见到净业众生生出的赞叹相；第四层为大怒明王像，正前方最高处是阿弥陀佛的头像，为修大乘的众生所作出的说法相。
此尊十一面观音像上身袒露，八臂各持法器，部分丢失。着天衣长裙，腿部长裙阴刻花纹，精美华丽，胸前均饰有璎珞。造型完美，形象生动慈祥，令人赏心悦目，富有强烈的艺术感染力。
