南明弘光帝朱由崧于崇祯至弘光年间（公元1644年10月至1645年4月）所铸造。版别比较复杂，分小平及折二，小平分南京版、凤阳版、桂林版、贵阳版、背星、背凤等版别。折二分背贰、楷书光背二种。凤阳版铸造均精美其中“凤”指省凤阳，为马士英铸于安徽凤阳。由于铸造精美。且较为少见，所以多为钱币爱好者相互争藏。
