「大明宣德年制」款来源北京匡时2010年12月4日瓷玉工艺品专场，编号0225桥耳炉，因其耳而得名，双耳扁阔，厚实压手，侈口束颈，线条圆滑，腹凸圆鼓，下收至三乳足，线条优美流畅，内膛平整，外壁铜质缜密，颜色深沉，古意浓烈，沉着大气。底刻阳文暗地，六字楷书大明宣德年制，德字心上有横，即清康熙以降，方正规矩，皇室风范。炉底锈色偏浅，足底落原铜色。“桥耳之炉，本为《授业》•《八卷谱》中，授国子监。多有大器，置于殿堂，诸如【乾隆帝赏古图】中。”见刘锡荣《钟鼎铭香》，文物出版社，2014年，第78-79页。
