款识：“大清雍正年制”六字三行楷书款 拍品呈葫芦状，颈肩两侧置对称绶带耳。腹部两面绘缠枝莲纹，青花发色明艳，局部重笔点染，刻意追仿明代永宣青花特征。
青花葫芦扁瓶是明初景德镇御窑厂御瓷之经典造型之一。其造型源于中亚，整体风格结合了东西方艺术的精华，自永宣时期便已经成为官窑固定器形之一，但图案纹样在宣德之后鲜有制作。永宣青花的“苍妍雄浑”之品格最得雍正青睐，所使用的钴料烧成后有进口“苏麻离青”的铁锈斑效果，并且呈现宝蓝色一样的浓艳色泽及自然晕散，可见雍正青花选料之精细，工艺之严格。拍品传承有序，为苏格兰私人收藏，保存至今，难能可贵。
