Gilded wooden subject enhanced with red, black and green polychromy, representing Guan Di (god of commerce), seated on a stool, dressed in his armour and a mantle decorated in slight relief with dragons among stylised clouds. The face is enhanced by hairs forming a beard and moustache. Lacks of lacquer and polychromy, and lacks in the headdress. The stool, mobile, in gold and red lacquer China 17th century.
