Showa era (1926-1989), dated 1931 and 1950 Comprising two oban prints: the first a tate-e titled on the left margin Chuzenji Utagahama (Chuzenji Lake, Utagahama), dated Showa rokunen saku (Work of Showa 6 [1931]), published by Watanabe Shozaburo, with 6mm round Watanabe seal on the bottom right corner, 38.6cm x 26cm (15 1/8in x 10¼in); the second a yoko-e, titled Byodoin no yu (Dusk at Byodoin Temple), dated Showa nijugonen saku (Work of Showa 25 [1950]), published by Watanabe Shozaburo, with 6mm round Watanabe seal on the bottom left corner, 26.4cm x 39cm (10 3/8in x 15 1/8in); both signed Hasui with Kawase seal.
