The Martin Robert Morland CMG (1933-2020) collection of Chinese ceramics - a Chinese blue & white barbed dish, Wanli period (1573-1619), painted with scholars crossing a bridge, the border painted with cranes among flowers, 7.9ins. (20cms.) diameter. Provenance - purchased from Christie's, Rome, 26th May 1977 (original receipt included).
