A Chinese blue and white rouleau vase dating from the 19th century. The vase depicts figures outside of the gates to a city with a xian string pattern around the neck, a Greek key border at the mouth, and a leaf motif at the bottom. Dimensions: 17 1/4 inches tall X 7 inches wide; 43.8 cm tall X 17.8 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: The body has a large hairline crack; a few glaze chips to the interior.
