款识：息候金梁||钤印：息候金梁|金梁（1878-1962），号息侯，又号小肃，晚号瓜圃老人，杭县（今杭州）人，寄居北京。满洲正白旗瓜尔佳氏。光绪三十年（1904年）进士。历任京师大学堂提调、内城警厅知事、民政部参议、奉天旗务处总办、奉天新民府知府、奉天清丈局副局长、奉天政务厅厅长、蒙古副都统等。 民国成立后，任清史馆校对。
